  • Hi. Most of the question will be answered in the tutorial series. Sorry, it's been delayed, but it should be online soon.

    You can render all of the files out of Maya, but compositing them in AE is the best way to do it.

    Shadows can, and normal should be, rendered separately, like the cube and the background, and then composted in AE.

  • great, my questions are... and now? how can i render all that? i've to mount the rendered cube and the video in AE because there's no way i can render everything together in maya right? and how can i render the shadows?... i'm a newbie with motion track in maya! thx!
