Just seen this film again and was blown away by the foreboding atmos which is mainly due to this haunting music and the genius of Neil Young. Loved the film years ago and still do. It is such a classic with Depp so well cast as this tragic, naive 'gentle' man dying slowly in a wild and lawless land.It is surreal and touching as he is cared for and protedted by the 'educated' Indian called Nobody.A sad tale indeed but the music stays with you long after the images fade.
