Everyday I take prenatal vits, superfood Greenjuice anitioxidant pills w/ chlorella/green algae/seaweed,etc.,shark cartilage,aloe vera,papaya enzyme. I take greentea, ginseng,or grapeseed extract sometimes for more energy but they are like "speed" too,so I try not to...
