Some people can successfully use heroin once or twice and never try it again, however I'd be the majority of people who try heroin will go on to develop addiction to heroin or other opiate drugs. However to even want to try heroin you probably have an extensive history using opiate drugs and painkillers so that increases the likelihood.

Even Amphetamine (Not METHamphetamine, once again a derivative) was used for medical purposes when it was first developed in Germany. Just saying that to get it out there. However, you are right, many drugs are terrible for the mind and body. But in relation to this video, marijuana is not. It's not treated with any chemicals, simply cured.

@Schutzstafell I was aware of that actually, amphetamines were also given to soldiers so that they could get that extra boost in battle and never grow tired. As far as legality is concerned atleast in my country, Marijuana isn't even considered a drug, because THC can't be isolated as a molecule. While i'll admit some drugs have a theraputic aspect to them some are not worthwhile compared to the negative effects. If someone is using amphetamines or heroin medicinally then they will get addictd

But most drugs keep your body from regulating itself like alcohol while marijuana keeps everything in check atleast my opinion.

Including the little kids that now play in parks that were filled with junkies and needles like landmines every where they played.

@SHAMWOWfazoodle you're wrong. THC is a drug, and THC is the drug found in weed. it might not be as intense as other drugs, but nevertheless, it's still a drug. LSD naturally occurs naturally in a fungus and cocaine is derived from a plant, just like buds are taken off a marijuana plant.

Everything can be traced back to something in nature but weed is way less harmful than coke and LSD and you can only be psychologically addicted to weed and you can still function and be a really good athlete if u smoke weed every once and a while, and the word " stoner" isnt used to describe someone who does hard drugs ud call them a junky.

@Rip2EazyE Well you obviously know everything about LSD, although you've never done it. LSD itself doesn't cause flashbacks. The reason people experience flashbacks from doing LSD is because LSD trips are extremely emotionally charged. People have flashbacks of emotionally charged events (i.e. car accidents, fires, etc.), so it would only be reasonable to expect that one would have an LSD flashback.

I did my undergrad in Physics and I swear... at least a third of the people in my program were hardcore stoners, myself included.
