@charlieecv Yeah I haven't been able to nail down what the problem was yet. I think it may have something to do with the wastegate since the graph looks like it was oscillating. Torque was about right though, so I don't think it was a boost leak.
yeah u should have alot more power mine is stock with a stage 1 with intake and exhaust 3 inch and i know i have more power. i hope u figure what the problem is. good luck
@Creatre3 There isn't anything wrong with 229 to the wheels, that's more than they have stock for wheel hp. You are making probably 260ish hp at the flywheel. Also what you need is a return line, a FMIC and a simple map clamp. Also a wideband to tune and that will get you right up there. Add a full 3" exhaust (even with a high flow cat) and maybe a CAI and you'll be over 300 at the wheels on 20lbs holding 16-18. It's all in the tune. Any questions, just ask, been there done that. ;-)
@GordonStudent Considering I have a full 3" exhaust including O2, and on 18psi spike, 229 is bad. The AFRs were perfect on pcm control, 11.5 - 11.8, near perfect flat line. No better tune than the PCM.
@Creatre3 You NEED an intercooler, the stock one isn't enough & you need fuel with decent boost, spiking 18lbs & holding only 14 is too low. You should get a return line & spike 20-22 in 4th gear while holding 18 or so. Maybe it's the actuator... what are you plugs gapped at? 11.5-11.8 is good but without datalogging it's hard to know what's going on. Do you have a DSP? That would help too. Intercooler, return line & get a stronger actuator/BC that will hold boost. The rest is all tuning.
with agp wga an intake i made 260 /295

thats all u have is 229whp. a stock 2005 srt4 comes 230whp. u should have a lot more power with your bolt ons.
