  • hi is this the mani off ebay? is it any good was thinking of getting one for my vitara cept i have a 07 mod so not to sure if it will fit with the aircon stuff, is that first 0-100 run with the turbo? what spec turbo is that? what rpm does it come on boost?

  • Anyway, my final comment on this is that the size options for the supra injectors are for the supra turbo motor. Those use low impedence injectors, suzuki uses high impedence, like the non turbo supra. Anyway, my reason for commenting was not to argue, or to prove a point. I was just trying to offer some help privately (off line), since we have the same engine, manifold & turbo. But it's obviously not needed, so sorry to bother you.

  • @wildebeasttuning :P do not be sorry !

  • Stock injectors flow 280cc/min, 7m supra injectors flow 315cc/min, thats just 12% more flow. Thats enough to keep a normally aspirated car happy. For 8psi boost, you will need at least 350cc preferably more. I used to run those supra injectors also & I eventually ran into a similar problem that you have. I currently run some 440cc injectors & the car is much faster.

  • @wildebeasttuning after market supra injector can be solded in much size ! :P

  • Yeah, those fmu stuff doesn't work too well. It will actually works to kill your pump prematurely. I have tried all different combinations on the suzuki, & the two most effective ones were: An extra fuel injector controlled by a hobbs switch just before the intake. (this works but has its limitations). But the better option is the larger injectors with a super afc.

  • @wildebeasttuning yeah .. supra injector bolt-on here .. i will repair the engine and i will see for changing fueling system .. or i will sell the truck for put a other turbo in my sidekick :P with a other fueling system

  • I forgot to mention that i am sure that you lost a piston because you were running very lean. that (the very lean condition) also explains why the vehicle is not running up to its full potential. The turbo is pumping in lots of air, you need to get lots of fuel in there, and the stock injectors are not going to cut the cake. (handle the job).

  • @wildebeasttuning yes i know what is lean condition .. i have a FMU to compence the positive pressure in the intake .. and a fuel pressure regulator for up the idle pressure by 6-7 psi of fuel

  • You can call the guys you bought the manifold from & tell them you want to get in touch with the guy with the turbo esteem. They will know who I am. Just give them your # & they'll give it to me. We don't want to give out personal info. in this setting. You know what I mean. I'll try to get you going in the right direction.

  • What are you using for your extra fuel? What size injectors? are you using a super AFC?

I have the same manifold on a J20 in an esteem & I am getting about 220 hp on 8psi. my car was doing low 14s in the 1/4, it looks like we also have the same size turbo. So something is not right with your fueling. I wish we could touch base so that I could help you figure it out. My best suggestion is some 450cc injectors & a super AFC.

I will be making some changes to make 300 hp soon.(w/ same manifold)

  • @wildebeasttuning hi ! i have wanna put some new injector/fuel pump/ afc neo ... but my piston are made by chevrolet and he's not tough .. i have lost all the compression in 2 cylinder so i will open the engine soon for see what is broken :P

  • My stock 93 Metro gets goin about that fast. Why so slow?

  • @DivineDrummer777 only if 197hp are too slow for you ... and its not a car ! its an SUV ... DO NOT MIX IT

  • is v6 or v4

  • @tiosam531 it an L4 inline 4 cylinder

  • Did you have your car Tuned? Because is a little slow. Did you have like a SAFC so you can tune it on a Dyno.

That will help you a lot.

What inyector size your using? Or your using stock inyectors?

  • @motocross90 it look like slow .. ( low quality cam ) but it go faster than h22 prelude...

  • Can you sind the link please??

  • @autodiagnostic tunersnation com

  • nice job...where did you find this exhaust manifold???

  • @autodiagnostic finded on google .. search sx4 turbo manifold

  • Good, and have you got any kind os trouble on your axles or t-case? I'll be doing a similar mod on my tracker '09... my main concern is the T-case.

  • @merdadeusername no problem ! :P

  • Is that a petrol (gasoline) engine? cause looks really slow man!

  • @merdadeusername iit a petrol engine but i know .. the video look like slow :S but it must faster than lot of car !!
