  • 1:43 "finnish him with a jew chicken to me" ????

  • love how gsp calls it jui-ji-gatame!

99% jus say armbar but that specific armbar positioning is jui-ji.

  • nice he sticks with the japanese name for the cross armlock- juji gatame

he is a martial artist in everyway

  • Gsp left all this shit next the locker room in his last "fight"

  • This guys is awesome!

  • Machida attacks like a surgeon. If he were to fight an identical opponent it would instantly move to a finishing game. "defensive"? Not hardly. I think you're seeing him waiting while he mentally tallies points. He never wants to lose a decision, and it shows in his style. But he sees an opening to finish before any of us spectators do, guaranteed.

  • because of his size he can be beat but he's the most skilled ufc fighter of all time

  • Man, does flexwheel even know anything about martial arts? if you look at machida its obvious that he attacks quickly and precisely.

  • ariel helwani is bettter

  • gsp you monster!!

  • Showdown Joe is not only the ugliest person I've ever seen on t.v (not even including his trademark asschin) but his picks for pound for pound best are some of the stupidest I've ever fucking seen, what a fucking douchebag. He makes me ashamed Im Canadian.

  • 0:56 gsp wink ;)

Haha when i threw matt hughes and then he laughs

  • Why did "Showdown" Joe give himself such a lame nickname. Look at the guy, he looks like 180 lbs of chewed bubble gum.

  • Thats wasn't 6 options

  • Awesome Finally Someone That Knows The The Correct Name! Oughta boy GSP tired of these BJJ freaks changing technique names Judo is TachiWaza & NeWaza

  • his face is like right on his nuts!!! lmao!! love GSP!!!

  • Thats so great, he said juji gatame, instead of a armbar.

  • I think the ultimate submission is to tickle someone. Id definatly tap instantaniasly

  • 1:24 Thats some serious mistake! In a real fight...

Do that and you will end up loosing your balls bitten off by your oponent ;-)

  • ahaha that looks so funny the man head is in his butt

  • what do u do if someone like lays on top of you puts one of ur arms on the ground and ur leg behind ur head and he is pretty fat

  • arm bars are so easy to get out of after you've been fighting for a bit and are quite sweaty!

  • GSP admitted cheating but who gives a shit, life goes on,gsp is gona destroy dan hardy

  • wow gsp has no fat on him....wat a beast.

  • "I have a lot of tricks in my bag that I haven't shown yet."

    lol

  • Wow people are just stupid. GSP is from Montreal and Montreal is in Quebec. Monteal is also a city and not a province.

  • hes not from montreal hes from quebec

why do u think he has a tattoo on his leg of the quebec thing

  • What a stupid comment.

Oh christ... and you're Canadian. You should know better!

    Wow...

  • Uhhh montreal isnt a conytry and its country btw and yeah montreal is a province

  • gsp is the best

  • No he didn't.

  • You wanna bet. lookit up. GSP had vaseline put on his back making him slippery. Even dana white said it and he was taken of that win.

  • Give me a break. I saw that fight and all the BS that went with it afterwards. I followed that story intently and saw virtually every clip you could see where GSP supposedly cheats.

If that isn't one of the most overwrought, blatantly silly, smear campaigns ever, I don't know what is.

BJ Penn is a sore loser. He ALWAYS has been and he always will be. The guy is great at 155 but he's just not good/big enough to hang with people who outweigh him by 20-30+ pounds.

    GSP did NOT cheat.

  • Rubbing vaseline on anything but the face is an illegal thing to do. He got in trouble with the commission. They labeled it as cheating.

  • Except that it was incidental and declared as such. He didn't go out of his way to smear lube on himself purposely.

Besides which, he dominated that match standing and on the ground and at no point did BJ Penn have an advantage that was undermined by vaseline.

Penn was utterly and completely dominated. For people to question the win over a few grams of vaseline across the shoulders is just silly.

Penn is a bad loser. That's about the most you can get from the entire debacle.

  • True but its just the rules, wethergsp knew about it or not it was considered cheating, and it can be an advantage because making gsp slippery to hold onto and to get to the ground But its not the end of th world either.

  • Agreed with that point.

The rules should be followed. GSP's corner (because they seemed to be the most guilty) should have known better and realized that what they were doing could seriously jeopardize his reputation.

Glad that we can discuss this in a civilized manner without name calling and insults like most YouTube posts.

Props to you. Good luck with your training!

  • @Virility totally agree

  • machida doesnt fight. he's a karate guy. the very basis of karate is defense. you are not suppose to hit unless you are in danger. machida's game plan is defense, and then getting that one hit to stun them, then go in for the kill. the only reason why machida still even has a job is becuz of his opponnets who come to attack. imagine seeing machida vs machida. boring as hell

  • hmm

    i guess so...

okay, #3 IMO is matt hughes.

    because hes a beast :)

  • Hughes is overrated and he has been for years. I say this as a former Hughes fan.

There just wasn't the same level of competition in MMA back when Hughes was the champ.

  • true and look at the shogun fight, people are learning to get around that defense

he technique might work on middle caliber fighters but not top notch fighters

  • @flexwheelR shut up man u no nattin wt u kno bout karate fakin prick

  • @flexwheelR not all karates are defense. Kyokushin is one of the many that are mainly offense

  • @flexwheelR GSP main style is karate

  • @flexwheelR theres different styles of karate....

  • @flexwheelR hey dumass, gsp started off learning karate

  • @flexwheelR Also he's got perfect angling Machida & St.Pierre Are my Favorite fighters and Real Martial Artists at heart both of them.

  • @flexwheelR is that why he kneed the fuck out of people, threw tito around like a little kid, KO'ed rashad, KO'ed rich franklin, and outstriked rampage and destroyed rampage??

  • @flexwheelR not at all dude. UFC is way past a single dimension fighter. Most fighters begin with a base and Machida's base is karate but he is not limited to that. he's a pretty offensive fighter and doesn't really wait to counter in his fights. the only fighter who really is truly a counter striker is the middleweight champ, Anderson Silva

  • @flexwheelR Not true, machida goes forward as well. You seem to be discounting georges' stand up being karate as well. In Karate tournaments (Yes, they exist, which means that you must have an aggressor) you accumulate points for strikes, which can either be reactionary or aggressive. Its not hard to research, just check out some karate tournaments in youtube and you'll see. Karate is NOT just counter striking.

  • @flexwheelR WHen he fought reshad it was two defense fighters but some one has to attack just have to feint the opponent so not so boring when some has to win

  • @flexwheelR Machida is a good fighter, dont hate.

  • @flexwheelR that's not true at all.Muhammad Ali understood and Machida understood that the most important things it's defense and never getting tired.opponents can throw 100 punches per round. if they hit only 7-10% of the time it's you who really won.

  • the guy is a beast man

  • great video
