Hi Marco: Thank you for explaining governance so well. I see governance and due diligence being used a lot by managed service groups in the presentation to the clients. Managed service groups of various companies have been taking control of the IT service using H1 B employees, an later on they export the service overseas after gaining the confidence. What is due diligence? My understanding, it is all about giving the initial plan/methodology to the client so that nothing back fires later on.
@muazzezcetto I had a feeling it was Turkish, but Outlook doesn't translate from Turkish to English :-( I love Turkey (and especially Turkish food) and have great memories of various places including Pamukkale. Great to see all the international visitors and feel free to leave more Turkish text :-)

Marco has the best ITIL videos available online - this stuff should have been available years ago! Finally someone that actually shares some knowledge in ITSM space - the rest of the course providers either seem to sit on it, charge a fortune and only copy it from others! Way to go IsleBeeBach!
