Just adjust the setting for movie quality...it's under "options" Just remember that the higher the quality the more computer space it occupies and it slows down the game when recording.
try betetr with the quality next time (the squared up hands) click on the 3 dots (options) and go on the computer icon and find sim detail put it on high it gets the squared hands off
