This beer sounds awesome! Great review. And as I also happen to be from southeastern PA (Philly, actually), tell this Rosalyn character to brew me a sixer! You gals should review Dogfish Heads Festina Peche while it's still available...it's a berliner weiss, very tart, brewed with peach concentrate, and only available in the summer. VERY enjoyable.
And Porter, has anyone ever told you that you look almost exactly like Zooey Daschnel? Totally do. Anyways...cheers!
This is the first I've seen someone review another's home brew. Rosalynd must be pretty confidant in her brew. We just tried our first home brew, and although it is not totally finished, I believe it's going to be pretty rough. Cheers to Rosalynd!
Cheers to Rosalynd is right! She just brewed her first India Red Ale, she's calling it Recession Red. We're going to get some for the show, totally looking forward to it, the woman has talent!
