Watch the end of the video again, 15-20 is when recording with fraps, the game runs 30+ frames with out fraps recording.

ok then i got these so ill try them. how much beter are they than 186.03 in your opionion? the latest drivers are 191.00 but the 19x drivers are shit.

couldn't tell you, but I assume game compatibility is up, its always good to stay up to date with drivers.

If you have a laptop video card, only install laptop drivers not Nvidia desktop drivers, they flash your chips operating bios sometimes, and you can experience power instability.

When I did it before, when ever I unplugged my laptop the card would downclock, and I couldn't play anything since they were all locked at 15 fps.

lol i did that in the past. but i no the difference now as usually the notebook version has m after. mine is a quadro anyway so its very hard for me to get it wrong.

as for the desktop drivers you done. i suppose loading the powermizer would be recommended that way u can use full power from card regardless if ac adapter in.

did nothing for me:P it would always go back, so I system restored then installed the laptop drivers

serious? are they better than 186.30 and 186.81?

ive not tried 186.81 yet but the 186.30 are doing very well compared to the last ones i used but that was when using windows 7. now back to vista.

i do actually have 186.03 aswell.

anyway i assume u have tried few drivers.

no, they were just the only ones available then. Make sure if your using a laptop to download the laptop versions!:)

surely u caould play on same resolution but put shadows on medium plus aa x2 rather than x4 and direct x9. Dx9 gave me 8fps difference.

The frames are low because of fraps, without fraps I get around 40-50 with 4x AA Settings max, and DX 10. DX9 50-60.

If you mean GDDR3, not for common graphics, I think the max avg is 2 gig.

If you mean DDR3 then yes there is, I'm pretty sure the max DDR3 for common computers is 12 gigs.

FOr laptops I generally see only 8 gigs DDR3 max.
