II'm going to be getting a new phone soon, but this is the one I've previously had. It's a decent phone, well built. Mine has some scratches on it, but that was my fault, I dropped it really hard on a rough driveway, but it still worked. The only thing I loathed about this phone was that the video and picture were crap. I only have 5 seconds of video recording time, & I don't know why. The picture quality sucked, and it didn't let you use your recorded sounds as your ringtone. All good elsewise.
People making it sound like this phone breaks easily. I've had mine for a year and the only damage on it are minor scratches. However, I'm so glad I'm getting a sidekick soon. These are murder for texting. OMFG, murder.

I had this phone for 6 months and it worked fine. After that, it became possessed! It erased my texts. Sent my already texted messages to my inbox as new messages.Phone cut off 60% of my calls. When it did work the phone said Emergency calls only and Insert SIM...when a SIM was already IN!! The only way I could bear this phone was by master clearing and master resetting this phone every other day and plus taking the battery out 2-3 times a day. I hate this phone and will never buy another one.

The fact that it's still around 3 years later only means that it's a very successful phone that many people want. Cell phones have the shortest lifespan of electronic devices people buy... 3 years and running is ridiculously long.

I hate how cell phone companies don`t go out and put new phones on their network :P if your like me you don`t like to be out of date :P and all t-mobile has is a the V3 version :| while they are so many other ones.
