Well maybe "rip-off" is harsh, I do like the M-Girls quite a bit. But this is the same music as China Dolls' "Muy Nee Kah". I wonder which version was recorded first...?

Judging from that M-Girls CNY 2003 album you uploaded with four or five China Dolls songs, I think it's safe to say YES, this song was based on the China Dolls' biggest hit. :)
