Women matured earlier in those times, it was common practice in Arabia then, menstruation comes earlier to women in hot climates, etc, etc. Pretty weak but at least it’s honest. That means, it is a God given capacity that girl can give birth to a baby at the age of 9, that means sexual maturity starts at that age of 9. And also the mental and other bodily readiness also vary in different girls. Marriage age also vary in different regions. In Massachusetts it is 12, in Labanon it is 9
