They will be caught the same way you caught them in crystal, silver, and gold. Akin to dialga and palkia, if you didn't play them. No special Nintendo events, no mystery gift, ect.

If you have the movie Arceus on Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, you can trade it to HG or SS and it will unlock a certain area in the Ruins of Alph. An event will happen and you will be able to choose one of the three pokemon: Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina.

Let me refrase this. When the Arceus movie came out in Japan, they were giving out free Arceus over wifi on Diamond Pearl and Platinum. Sooner or later there will be a mystery gift event coming to United States that will give out that Arceus. So when you have that Special Arceus and trade it to Heart Gold or Soul Silver it will unlock the special area in the ruins. Sorry that I made it sound confusing, hopefully you understand :)

its true, but the pokewalker is way more advanced then it looks. You can catch pokemon and have a little battle, but its not as advanced as HG/SS but its pretty cool. I know its too much money, but i will shell out the extra money for this awesome treasure. Im buying both...whahahaha

Ruby/Sapphire - Emerald - OMG NO REMAKES! Hint for the next game =D

Gold/Silver/Crystal - HG/SS

Diamond/Pearl - Platinum

Notice not everything has a DS remake yet so that's Nintendo's next game probably! Also I've done it so HG/SS are a remake of Red/Blue/Yellow because it has Kanto in it! =D

Mind Crystal would be appropriate but it sounds awfully lame. I think it should/would be Crystal Mind. HOWEVER, I do not think they will remake Crystal or put in a third installment at all to begin with. These 2 are good for now and then next comes 5th Generation. MAYBE after that we'll see a third installment, or the more probable Ruby/Sapphire remakes.

Gold and Silver are the first games to have "2 games in one" It had 16 badges and two regions. With out Kanto it wont hold up to the Silver and Gold nostalgic feel

Ren2Rei00 you get ho-oh and lugia in both games like in gold/heartgold ho-oh is lvl 40 and lugia is lvl 70 and vice versa for silver/soulsilver(i think they wont change the levels in the remakes) to get lugia in gold you go to pewter get the wing then whirl islands and for silver you again go to pewter get the wing and go to burnt tower

in HG (HeartGold) you can find both Kyogre and Ho-Oh, SS (SoulSilver) you will encounter Groudon and Lugia, but theirs Rayquaza left both are required to obtain Rayquaza after a transfer of either Groudon and Kyogre to one game is required to make Rayquaza appear.
