Since when "super powers" fit realism? Can any movie with super heroes and super powers ever be realistic? The scene is surely poorly made in terms of special effects, to be expected from a low budget film, but that's entirely another issue. I find the mission impossible series with Tom Cruise to be far worse in realism, because he is not supposed to have super powers, and yet all laws of physics are broken one by one.
