I only watched this because i just began playing Assassins Creed 2, and i didn't understand what the animus was, and why a guy like him was in the animus, and i didn't understand everything.

yes the game got repetative after a while and the ending was the vaguest unsatisfying ever, but it was still a beautiful piece of art... the perfect marriage of medieval culture and a sci-fi story...

Trust me m8 Get "Assassins creed", i got it 2 days ago for 12pound , and its the best single player game i've ever played, and iv played alot in my time.
You are tottaly free in the game , and there are some absolutely massive ancient citys to explore like Damascus and Jerusalem to name a couple , and you can climb absolutly anything ,then there is huge areas outside the citys called the kingdom which is also massive with little villages scattered about.
@ffmcracdcftw: It depends on what sort of genre you're into. They're vastly different games, if you're more into linear FPS then Bioshock, if you prefer more open-world platforming/stealth then Assassin's Creed. Although I'd say get both if you can.
@zipp: Even though graphically they don't compare considering they were last gen games, if you liked AC you should give the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time trilogy a try. You can get them pretty cheap now (They're on PS2, Xbox, Gamecube and PC).
Assassin's Creed draws a huge ammount of it's design and platforming from them.
Yeah m8, i've played all the "Prince of persia" games , love em , they are very good games. While playing them i always used to think it would be good if they made them free roaming , so i was proper chuffed when i found Assassins creed, because it is basicly a free roaming prince of persia.
continued...... and you can ride around it all on VERY realistic horses , the gamplay and story are truly excellent , only done a small bit of game yet,
but basically you get given a name or a list of names of people to assassinate , then you plan and get info on ur target, by eves droping , pickpocketing , learning his moves Ect , N when your ready assassinate him however you choose , the Graphics are unreal ( the best iv seen ).
Trust me man its bloody awsome, i give 10/10 easy .

Yeah deffinatly , I haven't played Bio-shock , but iv had a look at it at it does look very good with exelent graphics ,
assasins creed just blew me away , i realy ment its the best game in that adventure style that i have played.
But yeah buying both if you can is the best bet , cos both look good.
I'm just tottaly hoked on UFC undisputed demo , it's mind blowingly good , could even be a contender for best game ever.
