sorry thesecondshelf, you are incorrect. CEOs (they are not traffic wardens by the way) do not have a "quota" from the council, and they never have. Please check your facts. And it is the council's policies they are following, so if you're going to label someone "petty" then blame the council, not these hardworking individuals. At least they actually have jobs and get up in the morning to do them. You don't seem to have a job or anything worthwhile to do with your time, so whos the saddo here?

I'm glad to see that this video has finally got a reaction!! i presume then you are a parking attendant? the infomation was off bbc prior research, however you are probably correct, as i am sure the system often changes.

i hope that you also realise that, though we approached parking attendants in a tongue in cheek manner, our overall evaluation was that they did their job well, though we felt that not every case should be treated so stringantly.

Five stars Josh. Seems that in the States this would be private property and the Cops do not write Tickets on Private Property. I would drive clear out of town to keep from putting money in a Parking meter. And stay clear of any store that charges me to Shop there. Will drive to the <Mall that has free parking.

unfortunatly, in england, all parking in town centres is pay and display :-(! The parking attendants are very vigalent, following a 'zero-tolerance' policy.

Its often commented on in the letters to the local paper, so i thought a more tongue-in-cheek look on them was needed!
