She is singing in the amdo dialect...which is what Chinese call Qinghai, Gansu (TAP) This song is pretty old....she is talking about a certain person (H.H the Dalai Lama) since most of the artists in Tibet can not directly use his name....they send hidden messages in their song. She is wishing for a glimpse of him, his voice, but since she doesn't hear it or get to see him anytime soon...she is sad, and the tears fall off unstoppable.
