Yeah, the chords for the verse are (as I play it, anyway) Dm A Dm, Dm A Dm, Gm A Dm, Gm A, which you play through twice. Then the chorus is Dm E A, Dm Bb, A, Dm (Bb A), which you then repeat (with an extra Dm after the Bb A at the end). The middle bit is then D, Gm D Gm Gm7, C C7 F Bb A, and then the first bit of the chorus again to finish. Hope that makes sense!
