  • Tilapia? No way. The fish must come from the sea, such as red snapper. Lettuce? No cabbage. Flour tortillas? No way, corn only. Breaking up the fish? What are you crazy?

  • this aren't real baja fish tacos! they have been americanized!!!

  • @iShuffleAtRaves I agree. This is absolutely NOTHING like the real Baja Fish Tacos

Using flour tortillas and adding cheese is the typical crap we gringos pull to ruin a good taco. You might as well buy a taco at Taco Bell and call that a Baja Fish Taco

It angers me that a lot of people will miss out on real fish tacos baja style. Especially because I had the pleasure of eating the real fish tacos in Baja, Mexico. Anyone that made such a fake taco down there would be euthanized

  • I would not put cheese on fish, but thats just me

  • WTF!

  • You gotta be kidding me .WTF!!!!!!

  • fish tacos are not made with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, or scallions... :(

  • holy cow that a lot of cheese

  • I just made this for me and my boyfriend and we loved it~

  • dude, if you use tortilla de harina (flour tortilla), then you 're doing" burros",(just folded, for real tacos use corn tortilla the fresher, the better.

  • I'm sure these are fine. Fish tacos are associated with San Diego and my understanding is that the fish is breaded and it is served with a white cilantro sauce similar to tzatziki sauce. Seems to me when teaching a regional dish you have to do so by using the traditional ingredients or combinations. You wouldn't teach someone to make a Cheese steak with swiss cheese or a Rueben with ranch dressing. Once the person knows the basics, then they can freelance with ingredients.

  • Those tacos look good, but I'd prefer corn tortillas instead of flour ones. But that's just me...

  • im pretty sure your not supposed to mix cheese with seafood..looks good tho

  • ruined it with cheese

  • i just cant think of any other way than fire grill wit wood the meat or fish to make any thing mexican i had REAL fish tacos down in TJ and just dont see how you can call a pan fried wit oil and no REAL mexican cheese fish taco ....lol..

  • Yummy!! I am making this tomorrow with wheat tortillas. Thanks!!

  • Tacos de Pescado: Were first made in Ensenada Baja California Mex...it goe's with : CORN TORTILLAS, not Flour Tortillas...Make a salad made of: ( chile, tomate, cebolla, cilantro), y un chorrito de limon mexicano, y una salsa bien picante, it can be made with 'habanero salsa, chile serrano salsa, or chiles de arbol salsa''...At the end, you squeeze mexican lime on top, and you can have it with a cold ''Tecate'' or ''Sol'' Cerveza.....mmmmmmm....enjoy Mexico.........

  • This is easily the least authentic worst fish taco recipe I have ever seen. Not only did he use cheap disgusting fish and flour tortilla's he lined it all in sour cream and the put chopped romaine and cheddar cheese on top. Oh wait I almost forgot how he tore the fish into some sort of shredded slop. This guy should watch food network for a few days then relaunch his show.

  • wtf. nasty ass fish tacos with cheese

  • 'Tacos de Pescado'....no flour tortilla use corn tortilla..... do not use tequila: you mix beer with the 'flour sauce' that you zink the fish and fried in oil... ...this gringo is crazy!!!!!!!

  • @icmuc Your an illegal immigrant I bet.

  • @Ibogaine306 I live in Tijuana Mexico you' FAGGET'...Maybe an ''illegal alien'' raped you, and that's why you hate them so much!!!!.....jejejejejejejeee (stupid wanna be American ''mf''..)

  • @icmuc Please stay there. I need you to serve me cocktails when I go on vacation. Thanks.

  • @icmuc Actually Mexico has pretty sweet beaches I don't think I'm gonna let you stop me from going. Please see someone about your obsession with rape, you probably have some daddy issues. Of course these tacos are fucking stupid, uninspired and cheap. But so are you. Look how easy it was to get you going. Come on, little fish, bite again. I'll make some Tacos.

  • @icmuc Oh and did you learn English to work at a hotel? I bet you did.

  • Great looking tacos. I also do tocos specially in baja . I wil recomend the Chef Merito Fish Seasoning Is the best for fish Tacos. Try it and let me know. Thanks.

  • fuck this bull shit

  • this sucks bro

  • a cute chef cooking delish food....I'm jealous of the lucky lady!!

  • saltiest damn thing i've ever tasted... gross... why did it call for 3 TBS of salt???? i raised an eyebrow when i read that but did it anyway and just as i suspected, salty as hell....

  • I always make tacos with flour tortillas :) it makes it better :)

  • ewwww cheese on fish

  • looks pretty weak

  • this is an awesome looking dish.. can't wait till the weekend to give it a shot... keep up the good work

  • SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • looks so good but ill do corn tortillas, no cheese or sour cream and add avocado

  • Comment removed

  • well that was different. you used cheese and flour tortillas, and no cabbage. i liked your idea for the rub and pulling the fish a little,,,

  • while it is true they are NOT AT ALL original ,your version is good!i like it that u at least used corn tortillas!next time try adding avocado!

  • i thought baja fish tacos are beer battered?

  • its cooking time el fuerte

  • with respect......fish tacos are not made with flour tortillas.

  • @mswindler please tell what tortilla then?

  • @mswindler actually they can be made with any tortillas

  • @mswindler with respect, people in mexico say they are. Americans always trying to Americanize other countries' cuisine cause they have no food culture of their own.

  • Eww I sure would not.

  • That looks so nasty. It is not authentic at all. If it is not a real mexican showing how to make fish tacos, I don't want to eat it.

  • If you were starving i bet youd eat it.

  • seriously, all the people who are saying that these grilled fish tacos are not baja, are right. go to san diego, where the fish taco was introduced to the US, and you will not find a mexican eating at a restaurant that says their grilled fish taco is from baja.

  • I always have trouble watching ur videos on my iPhone!

  • not even close to real baja fish tacos. what a mess those are!

  • this are no real baja fish tacos.they look nice though

  • what about the lime

  • Fantastic recipe, those tacos looks amazing!

  • Wow! How delicious these look. I am going to try this. Wish me happy making. THANKS a lot!
