I heard this song once before I heard it at the end of The Prestige thought it was a lost Radiohead cut. When I found out it was on Yorkes solo album I immediately got it.
This song's on another level. Perfect commentary on your average person, dragging themselves through life always unhappy about their situation but never with the time to even come to that realization due to the way our overworked and busy society works. Genius.
i read a review of this album that said this album is like an unholy union of autechre and private fraser from dads army XD as much as i love this album and radiohead that made me lol
Mi album favorito sin ninguna duda,es incereible la sensivilidad q tiene Thom en su voz,me parece increible como acopla su voz a los ritmos electronicos.Todo un fenomeno para oidos y mentes inquietas.
OMG!! I had no idea he made this... This song was on a really good movie called the Prestige. After hearing it I was bummed for weeks cause I couldn't find it. All end well I guess :)
The disaster that strikes, that we don't understand- The politician stuck in a web of opinions- The purpose we give to our lives- The ambiguity of problems-
this album can`t be erased from the pantheon of greats.

The melody in the piano sounds like I Surrender by Celine Dion (2002).

Man, I just listen to Thom in complete awe. I was just thinking, I bet in the future instead of analyzing Shakespear, we'll be analyzing Thom.
