  • I used to train at Shaun's gym in Long Eaton in the mid 90's. He was in inspiration to many and never to busy to help anyone out with their training. A true gent! Jamie F

  • @BluePittbull666 he was seriously ill and had to have a new kidney, so stopped training and slimmed down

  • This guy ispired me when I saw him a bodybuilding magazine in 1987/88. I got down the gym and over a15 year period went from 10 stone to 17 stone. He's a  real monster!!! A great guy. Awsome physique back in the day. Keep well.

  • He will always be the dinosaur, very soon, we have been concentrating on Shaun designing his own products which will be available in the next couple of weeks, and Shaun is in the gym at the moment getting himself in good shape ready to do the gym videos.

  • thats a good attiude but goinf forward a healthy diet is a must i had a 6 pac and 14 and still have one at 40, no drugs just hard work and dedication

  • wat happens if u drink too much protein shake? i mean if u use way too much protein powder and drikning protein shakes too often??

  • Too much of anything is not a good idea, but in general, you probably wont overdo it with normal protein intake on a daily basis as discussed in the video, rule of thumb is to consume 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight
