  • I think the music was absolutely wonderful, but the video didn't do very much at all for me.

  • @adamrailsback

  • S z e r e t e t -_-) א ה ב ה

  • this is why i love the piano.

truly amazing, that such masterpieces are still being created in the world. reminded me of philip glass at part. still, just... -no words-

the video is a work in itself. the imagery just fits so well.

I really can't wait to hear more from Tristan :)

  • @thegeneralsmuts I agree on the glass comment. It's the same texture.

  • Loved the music and video, but I kept getting these odd clicks in the playback. Not sure if they were intentional or not.

  • @keatonatwork

    Me too :/

  • @marguipico

If it is any consolation, the audio is available on afp.net without the clicks.

  • hhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm

  • omg, does anybody know where i can get the sheet music for this!!?!! this is beautiful!

  • this is so beautiful!

  • Tristan, you make me so proud to live where i do. who'd have thought someone from my own back yard could impress such a force as Amanda. So geleous and so proud. :)

  • are you kidding?

  • Köszönöm Amanda és köszönöm Tristan! Ez csodálatos... (I'm Hungarian as János Szász...)

  • Beautifully haunting. Thank you.

  • This is quite a powerful presentation, both visually and musically. The model train was a remarkable thing to include. We suddenly find ourselves marvelling at the human genius that can craft such things and, at the same time, commit such atrocities as those suggested by the yellow stars sewn to the clothing of some of the people in the historic stils. This is repeated in the use of the model bombers, so artisticly presented as marvelous toys, but marked with a symbol of horror. Marvelous.

  • This brought me to tears no joke.

  • Amanda, i love how you expose beauty in a romantic-goth atomosphere that is coated all throughout your music. To me, it shows how to have/make fun even when things can be ugly or just plain effed up lol. Your music makes me let go and be free of what ever is troubling me. It helps me tear down any expectations that I have been thrusted apon. You are so very clever!! Thankyou xx

  • What a lovely music video. The images are very scintillating when mixed with that excellent music.

This just makes me want to make art. I love when I get that feeling.

  • beautiful:')

  • I cried. This is beautiful.

    <3

  • Lovelyyyyy!

  • Alice vs. Wonderland was awful. It had a ton of potential, and failed to live up to any of it. Maybe Janos should stick to music videos, as this is pretty snazzy.

  • Ahhh! That's beautiful! :D

  • Gorgeous!! I can't wait for my CD c:

  • I was just transported to another time and place.

    You amaze me, Amanda Palmer.

  • The piano in this is really inspiring dear.

  • it's nice but I do prefer when amanda sings in her songs, but non the less it is nice

  • A beautiful piece of music.

  • Well done!

  • liked everything before the pink and yellow thing with the clip art. the train sequence was especially good.

  • Absolutely beautiful. <3

  • That was beautiful.
