Max lies and tells the class all this amazing stuff that a poverty family could NEVER do! So the girl yells "Lier" because she knows that it was impossible! The over all video is explaining how poverty is a problem in Europe!

The point of the video is not that it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor (if you got that from the video that's great, but it is not the point.) The main point is that poverty can be all around you but be invisible to you, that there can be real sadness that is not apparent to you.

I live in the Philippines where the poor have no housing, welfare food is not apples and canned goods but a small sack of uncooked rice, washing clothes would be from a single faucet shared by 100 other families, busses are not Benzes and most of all our public schools have 80+ students per class with some sitting on the floor and one toilet being shared by 4,000 other students.
