Mr Premji "Lot of attrition in the United States" - Dont you see that as a problem with your company (a problem with the desi dallaas - Infy, TCS and Wipro and Satyam), instead of complaining that with job shortage in the United States?

People always prefer to find the best jobs that pay them the best salary with best benefits. If you can't give that to your employees, you will see them quit the company.
