  • greatest over sell of all time...

  • I loved seeing Brother Bruti punked here.

  • 7:01 slap the hoe!

  • This is the end of the greatness of the storyline. The Giant is accused of "dropping" the belt on purpose by Savage, and then they feud. Then the convoluted mess begins when Savage turns out to be right. Then the Giant joins them after getting beat down in this match. The Storyline starts out great, then is really good with Sting than goes bad with NWO white vs Red until it sinks to gawd awful with the fingerpoke of doom. All within three years. They had it, and lost it.

  • why the wcw referees never dq anyone for just getting into the ring

  • Great times. This was when WCW really owned WWE with great Wrestling, great storylines and a great talent roster regardless of what WWF/E or Vince Mcmahon still bitterly say to this day he knew it was and he had to up his game or get eaten up by this monster.Sadly when the pressure was on the other foot WCW started to crumble.

  • it was my 20th birthday that day! cool!!!

  • hold him up brother

  • NWO 4 LIFE... Brutus was awesome as the Disciple...

  • I remember this match & it pissed off a lot of people jus twatch how much junk is thrown into the ring

  • This may sound crazy but, I thought that the spray painting of the most prestigus title in wrestling was more shocking then him turning heel at bash at the beach because, I heard a good abount of people cheer after he droped those legs on Savage.

  • Damn... i gotta go and buy all the WCW PPV's from 1996 and 1997. The WCW PPV's was the bomb.

  • nWo 4 Life

  • I tought Giant never chockeslammed Nash, he did a pretty good chockeslam on a man his own size, much better than the one Undertaker did on him at WM12, but still Nash has the edge on the Giant 2-1 (he Jacknifed him at Superbrawl VII and at Souled Out 98)

  • the title looked good on hall...too bad drinkin and drugs and no showin kept him down...still had a great career though despite it all

  • Booty Man got the PPV name wrong....dumbass.

  • @reivenlocke Actually, listen closely, he says Sturgis.

  • The booty man would later become the disciple.

  • It was cool when it was just nash, hall, syxx and the giant. When people like the fake sting and that dirty referee joined it went downhill. It really bottomed out when savage joined, because he was their whipping boy for so long. But for a little over a year,it cannot be duplicated.Hilarious writing, unpredictible moments.

  • giant aka the big showwwwww

  • WCW at it's finest!

  • WCW was at its best when the nWo took over.

  • @BoiseState8099 Yep, Hall was considered 1 of the best wrestlers to never be world champ.

  • that's right scattershot..and that's what separated DX from NWO. It went downhill and it sucked when EVERYONE joined the NWO. That's how DX became the clique and won the eventual ratings war.

If only it were Hogan, Nash, Hall and Dibiase, that would have been enough. They had to add garbage like Syxx and after that complete suckiness.

  • The Giant is still knocked out in Sturgis 14 years later lulz... Epic Oversell is Epic!

  • @drdst17 lol its 2010 and Giant is STILL out cold.

  • @EricV1 yo i was reading your comment lol that was funny yo 1996 to 2010 he still out cold lol joke of the year lol

  • I bet that cake was "just to SWEEET!" Horrible line I know but I had to say it lol.

  • I have to say, that's the first time I've ever seen someone put in a coma with one shot with a championship belt *LOL*

  • And Hogan STILL gets the face pop with the pin.

  • The Booty Man...at 2:10...Brutus the Barber Beefcake....hahaha...

  • if had stayed these three like the original intention was ... or maybe these three and syxx. It might not have fallen so hard and so fast once everyone was joining nwo.

  • @BoiseState8099 it does seem to fit his shoulder nicely doesn't?

  • giant is on the floor for ages

  • I woulda kicked em and said, "Roll out dummy!"

  • @dezaization

yeah he is just lying there for so long.....

  • @dezaization He's probably astonished to be in the ring with the Hulk and wanted to comply impressivly.

  • @dezaization exactly what I noticed lmao

  • This was the 1st time anybody ever pinned Giant in WCW. Really got the NWO started strong. Weird they had him lay there the whole damn time tho

  • i think the megaphone killed the giant.

  • WHAT??? Are you stupid??? WWE aka HOE aka the talkshow??? WCW still the best of all times after WWF with Hogan/Warrior!!

  • Man is Bobby Heenan smashed. Holy shit! Listen to him.

I love how Brutus had to take two years to grow that beard to become the Disciple.

  • what is the name of that theme song that starts at 1:10?

  • @juicebowl the nwo theme

  • wow...the bootyman...wtf rofl....

  • That's the barber.

  • Scott Hall is the fucking man, SO is Hogan and Nash.

  • what a gay moment by kevin nash at 7:02 - 7:03

  • @krazy2death

LOL... that happened to me a lot when i was playing football in high school.

  • booty man

  • 7:21 - Who sells a Belt Shot.... FOR SIX MINUTES!

  • Its because it wasnt a belt shot, that was a megaphone. And when people get hit with megaphones, you gotta sell that like death. im pretty sure Giant didnt move the entire time.

  • no, it was the belt...you can hear schiavone say "he laid him out with the title belt"...paul wight idolized hogan, he was probably ecstatic to oversell it.

  • He must have been happy to oversell, he was out cold for like 6 minutes lol

  • no.. he got hit with the World Title belt.. the megaphone was on the apron.. he way oversold the KO

  • @guitarhero626 Ah cmon. it was the easiest seven minutes of work in his life! I bet it felt good for him! It was a good move that really put the NWO over. it was the end of the GIANT and GIANT KILLER era, and the beginning of the gangland era of wrestling.

  • was this no disqualicification? y didnt they call for the bell when nash n hall came in?

  • No disqualification

  • this is from 1996 ...big show and jericho weren't even wrestling in the same organization then ....the giant (big show was with wcw and jericho was still in ecw

  • xDD

    thats in 1996

  • lol

  • You must have been at the moon in 1996.

  • hahahah beefcake said starcade when its actually hog wild

  • he didnt say Starcade, he said Sturgis, thats the place Hog Wild was held every year.

  • @lsvtecb18c1 he said sturgis lol

  • true...loved Scott...but he did it to himself as far as the wrestling career went.
