Dust mites do no harm to us but make us sneeze... they eat our died skin that are so little we cant see and if they get in our body they would die very fast and all they do is eat died skin that we dont need so people dont be afriad and thats just them under a high powered micro scope...

Washing your sheets once a week in a laundry detergent specifically made to reduce allergens can really help. Some people recommend washing sheets in boiling hot water but I just think that's pretty dangerous and most washing machines don't get that hot.
