@kryten do not drink diet/light food/drinks. check reports for "aspertam". that's one of the chemicals mostly inside diet soft drinks. it used to be in the category of poison

diet versions are way worse (at least over here in Romania)..cutting back on the soft drinks is a great idea..i used to drink that stuff like every day until i realized that they're not doing me any good..so now i drink every once in a while..2-3 times a month at most. getting 6-9 hrs of sleep is also pretty important for your health but with all these stuff nowadays people don't rest the way they should..maybe you could squeeze in 1-2 hrs after work or smth. glad you're feeling better btw :)
