  • @kryten do not drink diet/light food/drinks. check reports for "aspertam". that's one of the chemicals mostly inside diet soft drinks. it used to be in the category of poison

  • diet versions are way worse (at least over here in Romania)..cutting back on the soft drinks is a great idea..i used to drink that stuff like every day until i realized that they're not doing me any good..so now i drink every once in a while..2-3 times a month at most. getting 6-9 hrs of sleep is also pretty important for your health but with all these stuff nowadays people don't rest the way they should..maybe you could squeeze in 1-2 hrs after work or smth. glad you're feeling better btw :)
