Your rotation is poor, it doesn't at all look like a twist; it's like you're tucking into it, rather than wrapping. Like your firend did; slightly stall the moonkick, then bring your arms (upper momentum) to your armpit, while looking over the side of your shoulder. This will help you wrap/twist a lot better.
for the first, kick your leg higher, as high as you can, like if you whant to kick a fotball, then swing your arms up then to the shoulder as hard as you can to, and be sure that the leg u jump of with is straight :) that should help you very much :)
The attempt at 00:21 was definitely the closest and it's SOOO within your reach if ONLY YOU GIVE IT 100%!! Your kick has no power at all and it's obvious you're a lot stronger than that, keep going for it but WITH EVERYTHING you have.
Throw the kicking leg as hard as you can, swing your arms up as hard as you can, push your chest into the sky and WRAP as tight as hell.
Just need to commit, you've got the motion, FULL POWER!!
