They claim to be "means tested" but studies show that people in poverty ie those who qualify for welfare have: 2 tvs per household, have cable bills, have expensive shoes, have 2 cars, have their properties cared for for "free" etc etc....if govt cut those down and lowered ALL TAXES Corp tax included USA could COMPETE and companies would line up to set up here and guess what? those "evil" corps would offer JOBS!!!

It's just about money & all the politicians that want to make as much of it as possible on both sides. That's why nothing ever gets done - political votes on either side are for sale to make sure that Congress will always remain in deadlock over important issues.
