When I played britannia campaign I played as the Welsh and allied with Ireland, Norway and England. Scotland wooped Englands ass to the point of driving them all the way down to Canterbury, finishing them there! I destroyed Scotland in the end.
I have medieval 2 and kingdoms and installed both. But i can only play the kingdoms campaigns and it has to be on the first medieval 2 disk not the kingdoms disk. If i put the first disk in and try to play the medieval 2 it says put the oringle kingdom disk in. If i do that it says the same thing. If i have the medieval 2 disk in i can play any kingdom campaign. And if i use the kingdom disk and try it says put the oringle kingdoms disk in.

Probably should somewhere in the Total War series but, it would be hard to justify it historically, It is after the Kingdom of Cornwall (or it's Predecesor States) was effectively absorbed into England, and before any of the uprisings/rebellions of the Cornish people (2 in 1497 & 1 in 1549). You might be able to pass Cornwall off as a client state of England, but it would be incredibly tricky.

The southern Welsh (Who's actual name I cannot remember) and Cornish (or more Correctly the Kingdom of Dumnonia) were at one time allied, shared a border with one another and probably shared a Royal Family, but when the West Saxons (Wessex) spit them apart they remained close but were considered two distinct Kingdoms (although some of this is speculative as there is not many written sources of the period), and in fact the connections with the kingdom of brittany was far stronger

lol, I was playing as the Irish at a mates house, and the English tried taking down one of my towns. So, I had little over 200 or 300 men, they had 400. Yet, surprisingly, the lost. My archers killed their peseant ones, my horses rammed the fudel knights from the sides, and although my commander fell, their's was killed too, and they retreated with only 90 men or so. I lost 214, but I still beat em. It was wicked! Too bad I went bankrupt lol

I like this debate on the Russian army in WW2. If you compare Germany against Russia they turn out to be really imbalanced, that being, Germany have better trained infantry and better tank designs, but that is on paper. In reality the flaw with the german army as nazism, Hitlers ego, to be precise, Nazism prevented women from working in factories, and Hitler was a tactical and strategic disaster, over 5 times he let the russians pull of the sam tactic (the pincer). T34's beat Tigers when 5:1.

Regardless of other countries contributions 80% of the wehrmachts strength was on the eastern front, this isn't exageration. Reducing russias role in allied victory to glorified punching bag is unfair and biased, regardless of supplies you need men willing or coerced in many cases to use them. Unless the rest of the allies planned on dropping supply carts on german factories.

Churchill was a brilliant man by all rights Great Britain would have fell before America or Russia would've acted. However he bluffed about his allies forces against Germany thus making Germany more wary of completely draining its resources on one country. BTW Russia did not save Great Britain the Russians signed a pact with Hitler for non-agression(just like Germany/Japan). Germany wouldve won the war if they left russia alone however hitler thought he was invinceable and struck Russia

lol, I was playing as the Irish at a mates house, and the English tried taking down one of my towns. So, I had little over 200 or 300 men, they had 400. Yet, surprisingly, the lost. My archers killed their peseant ones, my horses rammed the fudel knights from the sides, and although my commander fell, their's was killed too, and they retreated with only 90 men or so. I lost 214, but I still beat em. It was wicked! Too bad I went bankrupt lol
