Blood Seeking Nuisance!! Mosquito PSA

now im pretty convinced tht i was bitten by a tiger mosquito cuz i was just takin in the clothes my mom hung up in the yard to dry nd i found this mosquito sitting on my arm nd i was scared so i kept tellin my mom to come but she didnt nd so i started blowing it on my arm and then i blew harder nd it finally flew off but i remembered it had white and black stripes on its legs nd it flew sumwhere in my apartment -__-

Can they also be found in the Seattle area? Because I was bit by this exact mosquito yesterday, and I was wondering what the hell it was because I've never seen it before.
