Seeing the old News Watch 8 open is a trip. The anchor appears to be Gordon Alderman, can anyone confirm? He was the 6 pm producer at WTVT-13 years later when I did some research from USF. He was Andrea McDaniel's producer on the "news portion" on Breakfast Beat with Ernie Lee in 1984. LOU: was this story on 1/19/77 or another day in Jan? I was a freshman @ Auburn U 1/19 & was excited about 4" there. Little did I know I missed all this back home!!
He sounds a little bit like Bob Hite.
