Ok watched it. If you want to watch it because you want to see the "Human Centipede" then ok. But DO NOT watch it if the only reason you want to see it is because it's supposed to be Super Gory & Crazy & Messed up & Nasty & Blah, blah, blah. Because you will be misinformed like me and Extremely disappointed. This movie is LESS Gory than Dr. Giggles. And at least Dr. Giggles was kinda funny. I'm not saying dont watch it. Even if this is supposed to be medically accurate, the lack of bone in the"mouth to ass" joining really bothers me, what keeps one part from biting him/herself free? Severing of the jaw muscles? And what about blood types not being compatible? tissue rejection? Man, I can't really suspend disbelief for this shit.

@andoc Fear not, all your worries are addressed within the movie. The teeth are removed, muscled are severed, tissue compatibility IS tested and IS a big issue. If your only concern is with the medical aspects, rest assured, you will enjoy this magnificent film. The director brought in doctors as expert consultants to make sure everything is medically possible.
