This is a great demo-video. I love chocolate chip cookies and Sara's recipe looks great! She really is a good sport to present a cooking class to the camera like that. What year are we looking at? 5 stars for culinary excellence.

This looks like the recipe that's on the back of the chocolate chip package. My mom used to make them and I got to lick the dough bowl after she was done with it. :-)

Great video but I was a little disturbed by the way that Mrs. Brattman flagrantly breaks the rules of cooking and doubles the brown sugar. That part was upsetting.
