First choice Gravel, second choice Ron Paul, third Nadar, forth Bob Barr. Obama and Mccain...I'd probably have to gag before I vote for either, but probably Obama 5th, not that it'd make the country so much better than these 4, particularly 1 & 2.
actually, carbon emissions in heavy quantities prevent enough ultraviolet rays from leaving the atmosphere and thus raise global temperature. A carbon tax would make you more apprehensive to buy this sky-toxin and more inclined to use alternative fuels. whether or not global warming exists [and i strongly suggest you to visit the ifcc's website in favor of the former] the consequences of ignorance are greater than the consequences of financial burden [offset by his abolition of the irs anyway..]
Im a big time Ron Paul supporter and i have looked into Mike Gravel a lot because he is the only democrat aside from Kucinich that seems to give truth a chance. But the fact is that Ron Paul is a better Candidate because he has a voting record to back up his ideas and also because Mike Gravel supports a global Carbon Tax.
Now being as Carbon makes up our planet and supports all life on earth, does it make sense to put a tax on it? It is one of the most plentiful elements on earth, just think!
gravel is better than paul. who gives a shit if you've never heard of him? you think paul is an underdog? gravel hasn't even got 1%. We live in a "democracy" when the only candidate who has a real energy policy is kept out. VOTE MIKE GRAVEL.
Hey everyone, please help us spread the word about the donation day for MIKE GRAVEL on January 1st! Help us gain the funds and attention necessary for Gravel's voice to be heard! Please share and DONATE! Thanks!
let us rule ourselves! ron paul is for less liberty then mike is because he doesn't want us to have any power to liberate ourselves from the party dictatorship
Ron Paul is the only candidate concerned about what the Founding Fathers stated and specifically addressed in our constitution. Among one of the many statements written was to avoing foreign conflicts and I see that Ron Paul has taken it into account very seriously, now this is very important towards world peace. So those who oppose the war and are republicans he is a great pick for te presidential chair.

Ron Paul. I do not think they are the same. Mike has even been quoted as saying Ron Paul has no vehicle to become president. I would love to hear him elaborate on this. From what I have researched, it doesn't seem like they would be compatible. Ron Paul's message is as flawless as it gets. I am concentrating my resources into Ron Paul.
thats cuz you havn't learned enough about Mike and how the rest of the world is operating. Ron Paul has a classic conservative stance. It wont work in todays global economy. Global governance is on us and if we dont take steps to insure our footing we're going to be left behind. Mike Gravel has the most practical and progressive solutions. National initiative!
I like where ron paul's head is at but his ideas wont work in the global economy, hes thinks he can bring us back to a time where the only overseas communication was on a schooner
Both would be the best choice! One for President and the other for Vice President. The question you should be asking is which one should be President and which one should be Vice President.
Yeah, if possible both. But if you cannot I would go with Ron Paul. Why? It's because he is the only one with a winning chance. Remember the 5th of November? Soon everyone will also be asking "Remember the 16th of December?" Don't know what I mean? Google teaparty07(dot)com and be part of history once again.
I have to agree with what many are saying... Both at once. I want to see them talking to eachother, and what they REALLY think about each others ideas.
Vote Ron Paul and return to a Gold Standard. Read "Gold and Economic Freedom" by Greenspan. Written in 1966 before Greenspan betrayed the public (and his own conscience) as the chairman of the Fed by drastically increasing the supply of money thus confiscating the wealth of the citizenry through inflation. (inflation tax) "Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights."Greenspan
i hope ron paul doesnt leave Legalizing marijuana laws up to the states or he can forget about my vote in idaho well its kind of a gay State =/ Ron Please Make every State Have legal marijuana
Ron Paul without a doubt, Gravel is honest and has many good ideas like Paul, but is far too weak on immigration and buys into far too much political correctness for my comfort! For one thing he seems to kiss a little ass to minority groups! These things are unacceptable. PC has got to go...Ron Paul all the way!
kukulcan12 I agree with you all the way, but in addition Gravel wants to take away our guns and has a socialist attitude which is also unacceptable. Gravel is genuine like Paul but there are too many negatives against Gravel and immigration is certainly one of them. My vote is for Dr. Ron Paul.

Besides telling me "google". I have a hard time thinking he would do anything to attack the constitutional freedom of (or from) religion.
VidiotGeek, I don't have the link, but if you go to RP web site there will be a link to a collection of his speeches/writings. I If I find which speech, I will msg you. ;)
I do clearly remember the remark about this being founded as a 'christian' nation. Always a scary remark in my book.
Agreed. I have actually heard him say that in a speech. He talks about being pro-life in the same one, which is another point where I disagree with him. I still think he is probably the best hope against the growing NAU & NAFTA Super-highway pushing agenda. Those examples are well established as being true but I'm hesitant to say the letters "NWO".
How are you going to get Mike Gravel if you can't even pronounce his name LOL!?!?! Why don't you watch the debates and you tell us who you would like to see. Since it's obvious you did not watch otherwise you would know how to pronounce their names correctly lol. My vote is for GRA-VEL!
Gravel, Kucinich are nothing but socialists and gun grabbers for me, I'm voting for one candidate and that's ron paul and that's the only one candidate that I Would vote for.
I wish the "libertarians" would listen to you. I want the government scaled back like Ron Paul suggests. But I need to hear these "libertarians" tell us how we will stop corporations from becoming worse than the government itself - which in many cases it already is.

These corps will have to earn their customers with good service and fair prices once there is true competition again.
I like Paul, Gravel & Kucinich for their integrity, but I think Ron Paul has a better economic plan. I believe we can all benefit from a free market economy (not the corporate welfare trough congress has created). Raising taxes on rich doesn't work -they just hide more money. He may be personally pro-life, but he doesn't think it's the feds business to decide. A pol who thinks the law should be the Constitution and not his personal beliefs!
When I look at a particular politician, opinions on abortion and gay marriage (the two most prominant and pointless matters in an election)matter little because they have nothing to do with running a country. I simply want a politician who follows the rule of law (like you do). I see many people agreeing on fundamental principle regardless of party lines. That is what I want to get across. Democratic beliefs and Neo-Republican beliefs matter not in this election, just Constitutional belief.
Even hard-line democrats support Ron Paul. Gravel says he'll give us the power, problem is, our constitution gave it to us along time ago. Does anybody here realize the implications of this national initiative? An amendment isn't going to cure the political apathy in this country. Ron Paul is simply relaying a message from our founding Fathers (who are rolling over in thier graves right about now) No new laws, no new taxes, just simple, founding principles.
With out a doubt.... Mike Gravel over Paul.
Gravel is just amazing!
I woudl not even pick Ron Paul fo rmy second.... the list..
1. Mike Gravel
2. Ralph Nader
3. Dennis Kucinich
4. Ron Paul

Gravel. And it's pronounced Gra-vell (rhymes with gel), not like the stone.
