Your playing of this sonata is simply incredible. I am VERY impressed with everything. Mozart is incredibly hard to play at this level. You play it brilliantly!
im having my 8th grade exam in like january O.O have to play this. i am terrified. i skipped a grade in piano school this year. i dont know how im going to pass this O.O
love this music on a bosie. those instruments are the sweetest thing for this kind of piano music. amazing sustain in the upper registers allows for longer lines and projections against the light texture of the accompanyment. you almost forget you're not using a damper pedal most of the time. a plus performance. it's said Mozart is easy for children and hard for adults (in spirit i guess) but he manages intensity and playfulness at the same time. bravo
@neverknow969 it's not hard to play this piece... what really is hard is to play it like this!!! otherwise it's a medium piece.. not liszt, not oesten either... the difficulty is in expressing what he expresses...!! congratulations mr solist..!

Ah! Not as keen on this. There are some beautifully sweet moments in this piece - I love playing it.... I think they need to be captured!? I love your other videos though and your 3/3 of this sonata
I must say that I honestly don't like this. I mean, Mozart was a real showoff, and this interpretation doesn't show any of that attitude. The notes are really well played, cut he's missing the "Mozart" that Mozart's pieces have. Just my opinion, don't bully me.
@lrodrigomoreno actually i agree, if you need to play mozart like mozart. but... i think its quite nice to listen to. I actually going to start playing it now
-.-; What is it about classical music that makes people feel Superior to others? It just saddens me that nine times out of ten, the first comments I see have nothing to do with the music at all. There is a man playing his heart out on a Bosendorfor. Not only that, he's playing a piece written by a man who played for kings because he was so brilliant. Can't we just focus on the music? Or would you all rather yell at me for spelling Bosendorfer wrong the first time..
@MsShark09 Becuase some people (who are able to write with correct grammer unlike yourself) have an attention span longer than 1 minute and who are actually engaged by the music. This performance is too Romantic for my taste (you probably do not even know what that means) but if you cannot at least appriciate this quality of music, then you only display your ignorance.
@bsd300d I tried and tried to make a comment for a response... I thought of many but can only settle on the fact that his tux was tripping me out when I was imagining him in a room alone. *just committed a murder and sits playing maniacally until police arrive*
I'm learning the alternative mozart's sonata in F movemen three instead..... I found this not to my playing... it sounds good but not the type that I would want to play or even play well
is anyone else playing the prokofiev?
he's good.... it's just the recording I think that isn't supporting his playing all too well.... if the recording was good..... his playing would be complimented to the full extent of what he deserves!!!

To get an idea how far from Mozartian playing this is...go to Youtube Video.."Ca.1830 English Barrel Organ" & you'll hear.
Mozartian style contrasts the hands against each other,it varies constantly beat placement ahead,on,& behind the beat.
It utilizes surprise through Accelerando of every shape as well as suggested.
None of that here.
