I suppose Baker can't release this on DVD because the original creator behind Baker 2G was J. Strickland (whom Baker kinda fucked over, read about it on 48blocks). I guess they need his permission to re-release it. Sad that this is the only version of the video you can find, even if you download the entire video, the quality is like this...
