Don't get me wrong, I love VW. I just think that in say 12 months they will add the fantastic DSG box to it and it will be great. I think that VW are going to loose out with drivers who like to drive auto's. Just to put you right, I have driven Diesel engines all my life, BMW, VW , in vans and cars, and i know what drives the best and gives the greatest enjoyment. All I said was that I would have ordered one if it had the DSG box and slightly greater HP.

ive had both the Mitsubishi Warriors and they are shit

broke new one within a week took dealer 4 weeks to fix gear box then gave me a colt as put on and i have also had the nissan navara and that was good but very heavy on fuel so i will be giving this a try it has the same engine as my 60 plate vw transporter and if this is anything to go by then bring it on looking forward to drive of it dealer calling me this week so will update when driven

@TheDinky29 You can test drive them now, I went in to have a "Look" at one came out owning it!! It feels so much like a car to drive. No difference other than ride height and a bit more roll obviously than the missus' golf!! Get a high spec one!! But a basic one is £16k

@hawyuyabam Obviously you havent read about this car before posting. Its made in South America, not China. Have you tried or driven it??? Cause i had and feels much more solid than my american truck. Btw, wich pickup truck is made in Erope right now?

Needs the DSG auto box to make it really good ! When VW put this in and uprate the power to 200 bhp I will order one. Until then I will keep my Nisan Navara V6 235bhp outlaw, with 7 speed auto box!!!

@icemanic69 you obviously dont know crap about diesel engines then. Especially ones in trucks. This 2.0 liter turbo engine can do 300+ foot pounds of torgue at 1500 rps. while still getting about 35-40 mpg. Plus you add a price of $ 4.09 (thats what we have in NY) a gallon, and that is the best deal. Fuck even it its chinese. All the high bhp numbers are to fool idiots like you.
