I got the iGear Kup Head in the same order I bought Kup himself in. Really can't imagine him without that awesome cygar and the hard-ass drill sarge type face.

i removed the arme kibble, hold a solder iron tip on the pins for 30 seconds then pull them off, you can still transform him as normal but he becomes a part former, however if you drill 2 holes on teh back of the legs you can store the pannels there, he is a great figure. you gotta love kup

I heard they were making a Gears repaint, and the alt head in the instructions looks an awful lot like him..... I want that and not this, but I love Kup, what ever shall I do!?

Not sure if you know about it or not, but there's an alternate transformation for the arms. You just rotate the forearms so the panels are on the back. It makes the forearms wider, and moves the panels out of the way. I personally think it makes him look even better.

But honestly, with as much hate as there is towards old Kup he is lovely and I'm glad they reimagined him, one of my favorites. And I've always pictured R.Lee Ermey doing his voice in a future episode.
