I went to Roosevelt and the High School and I now work for the maintenance dept at AASD. The tunnel really isn't anything that special, its just for the steam lines to run to the buildings in the "main" campus. The central heat plant provides heat for the high school, penn lincoln, and the new junior high, and at the time Roosevelt.
@Switchback87 Do you think you could talk to someone to let us get an updated video? Me and some friends really want to do it, especially since we don't have much time left there. We don't want to do it if we're going to get in trouble, but even if someone follows us just to make sure we don't kill anything we'd be fine with that.
of course you havent seen it. it doesn't have a big sign that says "SECRET TUNNEL THIS WAY!!====>" anyways. in the hallway, either by the main office or on the bottom floor by the computer/music lab (B-14) i forget which one. but one of the doors goes to a set of steps (1:02) that goes down to a basement area thats used for storage of files and other shit. and if you watch the vid you can see where it goes from there.

haha they probably hid nuclear weapons down there. hahah that guy saying "hey! wat are you kids doing down here" made me think of one of those movies were the kids are heros if thatmakes sense. haha but thats the first time i ever saw the tunnel. i heard about it though. but most people thought it was fake. it is probably gone now. shame
is the door next to the broadcasting room?

haha, i've been in that tunnel twice.
once because i went to school on a snow day for drama (where i also was up above the stage, which was awesome)
and the other time for a video i made for class.

Hell yeah the old tunnel. Rumor has it that the original video was destroyed but was saved from a dub of a dub, that was also later destroyed.
