  • Steve, this tip is probably one of the MOST important ones an investor needs to know. It describes one problem that my partners and I have right now. We feel as if we are getting pulled in every direction just to latch onto a deal. It's frustrating and it's costing us. We are making adjustments now in order to correct the problem.
