ok, I noticed it was snowing outside. Now, if you get enough condensation between the power and ground of the "horn honking switch" on your steering wheel that will cause the switch to close and the horn to be stuck on. Sometimes leaving the window open a crack in the weather will cause this. I solved this at my apartment one time by opening the car door and punching the crap out of the steering wheel to knock the condensation loose which shut the horn up, for that night.
Dude the horn has an interval of a major 3rd! If you get what I mean then heck yes! That must have been annoying, sorry about having psycho neighbors :-)

I had a delusional neighbor once. He bitched at me for "fucking with (my) car!"
We both had Chevy Metros. I was starting MINE to take off for work.
The funny part: Mine was green, his was blue.
