@dave777blaster listen to the guy , i have this case and removed the lower hard drive caddy and installed my gtx 560 twin frozer 2 and have a 120mm noctua blowing on it too. Theres tones of room for long graphics cards as many matx boards have support for sli and crossfire x.
i love this case. seriously. i made 1 build for a friend with this and i'm in love. build quality is exceptional, installation is easy, wire management is subpar, but everything else is just lovely.
Why is this the only micro case with this kind of quality? Black interior, what looks to be good build quality, 200mm fan...... I have a CM690II Advanced and while it's great to work with, its freaking huge! This looks very interesting to work with.
@sarcee1960 Exhaust by default. But you can swap it around quite easily. However I suggest keeping it at an exhaust (I Own this case with an i7 system in it), and trust me the exhaust is a much better idea :P
Hey I will probably comment on your main page or email that way I can cover my bases, but I was wondering did you ever try fitting a regular atx mobo in here? If so did it fit well? or was it just a flop and micro is really the only option. Thanks for your case mods and reviews
Great review, but PLEASE cut the uhm/ahm/etc, it becomes REALLY annoying very fast.
As for the case, it's a bit strange to use air filters and fans while using a front door. Or in other words, if you actually USE those airfilters/fans, you have to keep the door open (ugly) or remove it (ugly). Downside. But other than that it's a beautiful case.
@TheRealBugi Actually, there's maybe a 3/4" gap between the inside of the door, and the fronts of the fan filters and optical bays. Combine this with the fact that 3 edges of the case in between the door and the fronts of the fans, each side, and the bottom, all have ventilation holes, allowing airflow to enter with the door closed.
Also, this case is designed for negative air pressure, meaning fans aren't meant for the front, and require removal of the hard drive cages to install fans.
stop chewing gum while reviewing.. least I think that's what you were doing. also if you've never seen a fan 200mm+ and you're into PCs at all.. i'd look into a new hobby ASAP.
LOOLOLOLOLOLOLOL you have NOOOOOOOOO right to say that... mnpctech is a professional case modder you fuck head, look at their professional mod works.. you wont be able to make something like that if u had all the money in the world
let me clarify. I simply said what's already been said... "fuck head". Please go back to "luling" in your mom's vag with their entire gum chewing/slurring/team of tards.
But I think the front door (cover) hinge is a bit misaligned. Does your front door cover slightly rub against the front USB port section? If I lightly swing the door shut, the little USB port section carve out smacks against part of the door.
It will close all the way if additional pressure is applied, but does your door cover swing in perfectly flush?
he said he might try to put a m-atx mobo in there? lol. definately wont work b/c there r only 4 expansion slots. this is a really good case tho. its perfect 4 a powerful lan party pc!
Lol, you CAN benchmark a mobo. The MSI is proven to be faster and better in everthing then the Asus except for gaming. Before you respond, find out if it's actually true what your telling.
Run some tests with both motherboards with the same parts (CPU, RAM, GPU, HDD etc etc etc) and run tests like time being elapsed while booting software and OS and on and on. Also FPS in games can actually be different with both boards so saying these motherboards being identical is very wrong.
I can't find it anymore but there is a review with benches between these boards. Like I said, the MSI is proven to be faster. Why would I make something up like that?
really sexy case. It's the only one I can find that's painted black inside. The stainless steel makes it look professional and sleek. I'm building my Phenom/GTX260 PC with one of these. I can't wait!!
hehe.. I never noticed the bird chirping outside in the background before... We're posting another review next week of the new Lian Li V series Server towers
It also looks like an eSata port on the front. Many tier 1 manufactures are going this way as the mainstream moves away from firewire as the fastest external drive connector of choice.

matx too bad, no space for big g cards, why would you need a 200mm fan in that?
