@Pseudoeremita I figure that since this was my first review that it wasn't going to be good. Also, I know that the main character's name is Guts/Gattsu. The mic that I used in this review was bad. So whenever I said Guts, it's sounds like I'm saying Gus.
To my knowledge, this anime only 25 episodes. The anime is a little similar to the manga, but at the same time different. The anime centers the events from the last chapter in vol. 3 to most of vol.13 (aka Gus' flashback) in the manga. Also the beginning of the show is a little different than the manga. In the show, Gus saves the inn keeper's daughter from thugs. In the manga, Gus saves a fairy-like elf from thugs. Plus the manga tells how Guts and whoever else survive the Eclipse.
Terrible review...and the character's name is Gattsu, or Guts, in english, not Gus.

I am. This review is just on the anime version. I didn't want to spoil how Guts and the others escape the Eclipse.
