Just drive to the "Hookers" strip club in Alderney with a garbage truck or a semi. Then ram all the parked cars into the corner of the parking lot. Finally, throw a few grenades into the pile of cars and watch the explosion. Much easier without cars disappearing and cops on sight but 1-2 stars may show up.

The sticky bombs in TBofGT is useful. Just steal more than 10 cars (maybe around 15-20), then place the sticky bombs on them then detonate it to get the achievement.

Yeah, I'm sure this is in the history somewhere, but the best way is to steal a bus, drive it to the bridge around the corner from the Triangle and block traffic. Stand on top of bus. Wait until you see at least ten cars. Pull out RPG. Fire. Done. (also works with grenades, but is slightly less fun)

[easiet way and way i did it on my first try], 1.find a gas station 2.park at least 10 cars in and around the four gas tanks 3. make sure they're as close together and as close to the gas tanks as possible 4. chuck grenade in center and run (rockets, shooting the gas tanks, shooting the cars, etc work too) 5. enjoy the fireworks. i did it by parking 24 cars in the gas station. like only 3 didn't blow up but they were on fire. i got the achievment this way in the first second of the explosion.

The most common one to be blocked is "Cleaned the Mean Streets" where you have to stop a certain number of crimes while under control of a police car. It really depends on what cheat you use. All the info for reference is on the GTA wiki

the best thing to do is go to this store thing and there are 8 bikes inside you drive two cars in and push the bikes to the wall then you blow them all up and you get the achievement its a lot easier
