I read a book on Shuriken and there's a passage in there that I'll paraphrase: The shuriken knows where the target is and it's our job to not interfere with its path. You've done exactly that! We can all see the clear trajectory of the shuriken.
the way that the shuriken moves when you throw it is like when i used shuriken made by someya sensei of meifu shinkage ryu and saito sensei of negishi ryu, you can see that suzuki sensei's shuriken is floating toward the target, this is the feeling of aliveness. this is not shuriken nage(throw) this is shuriken uchi(strike) you are using your body perfectly in this video and the shuriken is obeying you and taking the course that it should. this is a perfect example of shurikenjutsu

no problem,
I thought perhaps it could give you a perspective on throwing. I did this with a little physical exertion as I could.

Thank you. I will take the opportunity to observe your throws so as to learn and improve.

Hi Nigel,
Attitude in the air of Shuriken is very good.
It resemble a posture of Japanese traditional Shuriken-Jutsu in a good meaning.
I felt that it was very careful and right practice view.
I think that this practice view is useful for "right motion for a beginner of Mumyou-ryu"
