Aside from 1-5 there are SuikoGaiden Vol. 1 and 2, Suikoden Tactics and the newest one... which I can't remember the name of at the moment, which is on the DS

well.... there are 4 endings to this game.

1. Bad ending - Find out yourself :-P

2. Normal ending. (normal pretty much explain itself...)

3. Good ending - recruit all 108 stars and don't attack jowy in the end.

4. Best ending - unlockable only with suikoden 1 data.

I loved Suikoden2. Was great seeing alot of the original 108 stars return, especially Flik and Viktor. (as well as the cameos of the other "stars" that weren't playable characters.)

Every few years I pull out the old playstation1 and replay it. (unfortunately, suiko2 plays kinda glitchy on a ps2. The battle with the sewer boss under winged horde town freezes up in mid battle, the boss fight at the end is harder due to a glitch in compatability with the ps2, etc)

yeah, but if you have a ps one like i do still, ya shouldn't have a prob playing it on one.

there is also one glitch that happens regardless of which console ya use...in tinto after meeting with mayor. have to do the scene dialogue choices downstairs and not upstairs later. dont know if that was ever fixed in the remade versions.

is very sad when Nanami dies, and then more sad that you have to fight Jowy, because you kill him, and then the hero stays alone :( its a epic story that almost makes me cry

this game is my favorite RPG, just like final fantasy 8

I hope Konami makes an anime of this great game

well that's like the other ending. The other ending is Nanami lives and I guess they will get back with Jowy again...they count this as the real ending. =D I LOVE THIS GAME! Sorry if I'm wrong bout the info ya!

Well out of all the Suikodens... I loved Suikoden 2 the best... For me it has the bestest action.. and the bestest story.... Everytime i play it i never got bored its like.... im addicted to it or Something.. all in all ...All the Suikoden Versions Rocked!!! xD Just wished they included Flik and Viktor in the other Suikoden's! They we're my fave characters!

I love this game suikoden 1 and 2 its because of the 2d graphics and your imagination that makes all the original rpgs classics however its a funny game in some way sad emotional and has a full happy ending like all anime conset games.

suikogaiden is a text based adventure, one plot takes place a bit during suikoden 2, one i think after?

the game has animated opening, as does Suikoden 3.

its a shame they didn't stick with that for 4 and 5. they look fantastic.
