It attacks the foundation & imaginative placing & interpretation of chronology that most cannot understand or deal with. @sunset002007 I can appreciate ur view, but Fomenko spent 30+ years on this subject, over the years I've seen & studied a lot of historical views, over time they fell apart, so far I've spent about 5 years on Fomenko's hypothesis & to me they are actually the most simple in one way bcus I understand several languages & see how translations over time can be misinterpreted wrong. Also I know religious agenda & many common historical things were emphasized from that context.

It attacks the foundation & imaginative placing & interpretation of chronology that most cannot understand or deal with. An astronomy magazine checked his astronomical dating (Egyptian hieroglyphs, biblical Book of Revelation etc.) concluded it's accurate & places things later, even though they don't endorse his overall ideas. 1000 years off is not really that big of a deal.

In fact ppl & places had many ways they were referred to & nick names as well as many spellings. Stories were written about from different locations about the same events using different terminology, when others read records or literature they assumed it was different events, Also leaders take on titles or change their name just like popes become John-Paul etc.

A Romanian from the village there can be called: a Vlach, Volcae, Wallachian, Banatan, Petrovisian, Rumin, Roman, Voivodian & others, all are correct.

Dating for example 1498 would have been originally I.498 & gave many written examples of that as proof, it was both J.498 & I.498 which the J/I stood for Jesus & marked as a time of political-religious changes. @sunset002007 I can appreciate ur view, but Fomenko spent 30+ years on this subject, over the years I've seen & studied a lot of historical views, over time they fell apart, so far I've spent about 5 years on Fomenko's hypothesis & to me they are actually the most simple in one way bcus I understand several languages & see how translations over time can be misinterpreted wrong. Also I know religious agenda & many common historical things were emphasized from that context.
